Ingredients

  • 2 cups MFM Cap Ros All-Purpose Flour
  • 21​ teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Ghee or Oil
  • 43​ cup Warm Water (adjust as needed)
  • Oil, for deep-frying

Cooking Instructions

  2. Add the ghee or oil and rub it into the flour mixture.
  3. Gradually add the warm water, kneading until you form a firm and smooth dough.
